Last night, I slow cooked a Boston butt. My house smelled amazing all night long!! I cooked it in tomato and jalape├▒o after seasoning it with smoky paprika and cumin. It was so tender this morning, it easily pulled with a fork.
For my nachos, I piled chips and layered them with pork, Colby cheese, mozzarella and cheddar. Then popped them in a 400 oven and let the cheese get bubbly, about 10 mins. Topped them with Roma tomatos and fresh jalape├▒o and served them with sour cream and salsa!
