Super Bowl Sunday is already upon us, tomorrow is the pinnacle of the football season. Regardless of who you may be cheering for, the one thing everyone can agree on is FOOD!  One of my faves for a football get together is pulled pork nachos! I just got my boneless Boston butt on, it’s going to slow cook all night on low. Tomorrow I’ll be able to assemble my delicious, full of flavor nachos. 

For my butt, I generously seasoned all sides with kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper, garlic powder, smoky paprika & cumin.  Next I seared it in olive oil to a perfect golden brown. Lastly, I popped it in my crock pot and covered it with a mixture of 1 C chicken stock, 1 can Rotel, 1 TB honey and 1 TB apple cider vinegar.  It’s going to be moist, juicy, & smoky with a little spiciness; perfect to make nachos with!  Check back tomorrow for the finished dish.
