Ground chicken is a great alternative to beef and you may substitute it in most recipes.  This is a light & healthy pasta dish with a creamy sauce made of chicken stock. Tonight I used green beans but a mixture of broccoli, cauliflower & carrots would work nicely. Feel free to use the veggies you have on hand, that’s what I did. 


Pasta: choose your favorite pasta and cook according to directions.

Serve with a pinch of mozzarella cheese on top and enjoy!
