Sunday mornings are perfect for fluffy, moist & delicious pancakes that are stuffed with fresh bananas.  


The more ripe your bananas are, the more flavor and sweetness they provide. I also like to serve these with sliced banana on top as well, for added banana flavor.

Make sure your griddle is hot before pouring your batter on so you achieve a golden brown.  Also, I use a ladle so my pancakes are uniform in size.
Don’t overmix your batter!
