Tacos.. Easy enough and no need to post a recipe. However, I do have this little tip for delicious taco meat; it will taste like you cooked it all day in savory spices, tomatoes and peppers. After you have browned and drained 1 lb beef, add 1 package taco seasoning, 1/2 C chunky salsa and 2-3 TB tomato sauce and bring to a simmer. The juice from the salsa and tomato sauce take the place of adding water and adds another layer of flavor while still being quick and easy!
