We all know you are suppose to prepare baking dishes prior to using. Whether you use a spray, parchment paper or butter/shortening and flour, you must prepare your dish so your goodies don’t stick. I don’t like using flour, however, because it tends to leave a raw flour taste on the edges of your cake, etc. Instead, after I grease my pan, I use white sugar. It works as well as flour but leaves a sweet taste rather than flour. Happy baking!
