One of my favorite dressings off all time is Olive Gardens traditional Italian dressing. I mean, who doesn’t love that salad with those breadsticks?!? Did you know that you can buy it at your local grocery store? Not only is it great on lettuce but it’s terrific on pasta salad! Spring and summer is the perfect time for different salad varieties. This is one of my faves. Make sure to cover, after prepared, and refrigerate for several hours before serving; over night if possible. Letting your ingredients mingle over night allows your dish to build more flavor; I do this on pasta, chicken and potato salads.
