Day 1 of the 24 day Advocare Challenge is complete and was seamless, other than the high winds ripping part of my roof off 😡💨😡. I’m not hungry and haven’t been, in the least. I used to be a diet Coke junkie but have decreased my intake over the last few months so that was easy peasy.  Fresh fruit, salad and whole grain bread with a smear of natural peanut butter made appearances today along with lots of water. Dinner was sautéed chicken served over a bed of steamed green beans then topped with mushrooms and grape tomatoes in a mustard balsamic glaze. Not to shabby for day 1!
