Today marks day 1 of my 24 day Advocare Challenge.  For me, this challenge is about cleansing and making healthy choices; a lifestyle. If you are familiar with the Advocare challenge you know that this is not a fast, there is no juicing and you can eat plenty.  You have some restrictions like NO sugar or processed foods, NO white flour or alcohol; you know the usual suspects.  I’m sharing this because I’m excited to start and happy that you are all on this journey with me.  I have truly enjoyed blogging and posting recipes and feel blessed to have the followers that have hopped on board in such a short period of time.  The next 24 days will be filled with healthy recipes, lots of lean protein and veggies and fruit. Who doesn’t love a good fruit smoothie? So Happy Wednesday and lets get this day started!
