A fave dessert and one that is always requested is croissant cheesecake; original recipe posted on January 5th, 2016. This cheesecake is creamy and so delicious. Tonight I substituted baking Splenda for sugar and it worked nicely. Additionally, I always use Neufchâtel cheese which has 1/3 less fat than regular cream cheese. So the next time you are looking for a rich dessert, one that has a buttery croissant crust with creamy center and that is sugar free, remember croissant cheesecake.
