It’s a cold snowy day and an individual sausage strata is the perfect compliment. I had left over sausage from super bowl Sunday and a biscuit left from yesterday; what better way to use them than for a cheesy breakfast casserole. Typical stratas serve a house full, this recipe is for one and it’s so easy! 

Preheat oven to 370 and lightly spray a ramekin with non stick spray.
