On those nights you get home from work and don’t want to cook, rotisserie chicken is the perfect quick fix meal. Tonight, for me, was one of those nights. I made a quick salad with baby spinach then threw a little rotisserie chicken on along with a few pantry staples; less than 5 mins later I had a sensational salad. My salad also kept me on target with my cleanse plus hit the spot taste wise.
Single girls staples (you will always find these in my pantry and fridge, along with others but that will be a different post)
