Did you know you can freeze gravy? So many times, after making gravy, you have left overs. Gravy breaks down, in the fridge, after a few days because of the fat. If you know you won’t be using your leftover gravy within that time frame, pop it in a ice cube tray and freeze it. You can use it later when you make things like pot pie, shepards pie, you can add it to soups/stews for flavor or tomato sauces to reduce the acidity. Your gravy will keep for about 4 months in the fridge.
