Today in honor of our first “winter” feeling day, complete with snow flurries, I thought I’d post a recipe that was fitting; snow cream.  I grew up in MI and have so many memories of snow cream. Maybe, this winter in TN, we’ll get enough that I can make some (1 day worth would be perfect and then the snow can melt).🌨❄️🌨

Snow Cream

  • 8 C fresh snow
  • 1 TB sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

Place snow in a large bowl. In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients then pour over snow; fold gently until completely incorporated. Serve immediately.

*beware of yellow snow 😝
